Coach Nick Saban was able to get 77 different players onto the field in Alabama’s 45-0 romp of Chattanooga on Senior Night. The starters did their job and jumped out to an early and demoralizing lead, which allowed the backups and the rest of the seniors to get onto the field. The defense only allowed a total of 84 yards and three different seniors were able to pick off passes (Cory Reamer, Justin Woodall and Javier Arenas). Mark Ingram racked up 102 yards and 2 TDs on only 11 carries and then hit the bench for the rest of the game about 5 minutes into the second quarter.
Javier Arenas had a special final game in Bryant-Denny: he broke up broke up 3 passes, had 3 tackles, 1 tackle for a loss, an interception, and a punt return for a touchdown. As if that wasn’t enough, that return for a touchdown was his 7th – which is a new SEC record. He also gained ground on the SEC and NCAA records for career punt return yards. He needs 32 more yards to get the SEC record and a little over 100 to reach the NCAA record – and with 3 games left, this record is definitely within his reach.

Hey man. These things are still awesome (commented a few weeks ago). I just wanted to let you know that the security department where I work in Huntsville has taken to posting these up in their area. I saw it today and thought, “Hey, I like those too.”
Thanks for letting me know man – always love to hear that people like them. Roll Tide!
Hahaha! I love how Arenas’ mouth piece is stuck in his face mask.
